The Members in Practice Committee (MPC), ICAI is organising the 1st Batch of Virtual Training on Real Estate Advisory and Practice Setup, a comprehensive 12-day virtual learning programme designed to equip Chartered Accountants with specialised knowledge and practical expertise in the rapidly growing real estate sector.
The course provides participants with an end-to-end understanding of the real estate ecosystem—from regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements to taxation, finance, valuation, audit, legal documentation and post-development advisory.
