About the Programme-
The 30-Day Residential Training Programme for Newly Qualified Chartered Accountants is a practice-readiness initiative designed to support newly qualified Chartered Accountants who have applied for a Certificate of Practice (COP) for the first time within the last one year, enabling them to transition effectively from qualification to practice. The programme aims to build the knowledge, skills, mindset and capabilities required to establish and develop a professional practice.
The programme covers practice foundations, diverse practice avenues, technology for practice, client acquisition and market positioning, and professional excellence.
It also focuses on AI, data analytics, digital practice, cybersecurity and automation, along with taxation, GST, audit, MSME, consulting, advisory, representation, communication, negotiation, leadership, team building and personal branding.
