CA. Durgesh Kumar Kabra is a senior member with extensive experience of more than thirty-five years in SME IPO Advisory, Company Law, Corporate Structuring, Management Advisory, Audit and Assurance Services. He is also an Insolvency Professional, with expertise in matters relating to insolvency and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
An avid speaker and an expert in Law and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, he has addressed more than 250 seminars, forums and conferences on Company Law, LLP, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, and Standards on Auditing.
A strategist and leader to the core, he has conceptualized and implemented many initiatives at WIRC during his Chairmanship. As an active and responsible member of the trade and industry, he is also associated with various social forums.
