GSTART – GST: From Adjudication to Representation & Tribunal Practice (Level-I): 3-day intensive workshop jointly organised by the GST & Indirect Taxes Committee and the Members in Practice Committee of ICAI, and hosted by the Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of ICAI
The GSTART Workshop on GST Dispute Mechanism is a specialized, practice-oriented programme designed to equip Chartered Accountants with end-to-end capabilities in GST litigation. It covers advisory, drafting, and representation across all stages—from pre-notice communications and adjudication to appellate, revisionary proceedings, and GSTAT.
Through a structured and practical approach, the programme integrates case studies, drafting exercises, and mock tribunal sessions, providing hands-on learning and real-world exposure. It strengthens technical, procedural, and advocacy skills, while emphasizing ethical and professional conduct, enabling participants to confidently handle GST disputes and deliver effective client representation.
