The GSTART Workshop on GST Adjudication, Representation & Tribunal Practice is a specialized, practice-oriented programme designed to equip Chartered Accountants with the knowledge and skills required to effectively handle GST disputes and litigation matters. The programme provides a comprehensive understanding of the GST dispute resolution framework, covering the entire journey from initiation of proceedings and Show Cause Notices to adjudication, appeals, and representation before the GST Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT).
Through expert-led sessions, practical drafting exercises, case-based discussions, and mock tribunal proceedings, participants will gain hands-on exposure to real-world litigation scenarios.
