The Workshop on Setting Up Practice of Real Estate Consultancy: Compliance, Advisory & Evolving Frontiers has been designed to prepare Chartered Accountants to engage effectively in one of the most regulated and professionally demanding sectors of the economy.
The real estate industry today operates within a complex framework of regulatory compliance, legal obligations, taxation structures and funding mechanisms. With increasing oversight under RERA, urban redevelopment, project-based accounting and financial structuring, the demand for domain-specialized professionals has grown substantially. Chartered Accountants are uniquely positioned to serve as advisors, auditors, certifiers and financial consultants within this evolving environment.
