ABOUT THE PROGRAMME:The 30-Day Residential Training Programme for Newly Qualified Chartered Accountants is a practice-readiness initiative designed to support newly qualified Chartered Accountants who have applied for a Certificate of Practice (COP) for the first time within the last one year, enabling them to transition effectively from qualification to practice. The programme aims to build the knowledge, skills, mindset and capabilities required to establish and develop a professional practice. The programme covers practice foundations, diverse practice avenues, technology for practice, client acquisition and market positioning, and professional excellence. It also focuses on AI, data analytics, digital practice, cybersecurity and automation, along with taxation, GST, audit, MSME, consulting, advisory, representation, communication, negotiation, leadership, team building and personal branding. |

Exposure to practice management software, cybersecurity, the DPDP Act, and applied AI for audit, tax and advisory. -

Negotiation, pricing, personal branding and client acquisition taught as core practice skills. -
Firm Visit & Peer Learning
Participants visit practising firms of their choice and present their learnings to the cohort. -
Personal Practice Roadmap
The programme closes with each participant presenting their identity, niche, offerings and 90-day launch plan.
